Introducing the Patriots Lax Boosters club!
Greetings Parents, Guardians, Supporters and Students of Portsmouth High School,
On behalf of the Patriots Lax Boosters Club we are excited for another great season of Portsmouth High School lacrosse and would like to provide you with a brief introduction to our new Boosters Club
What is the purpose of the Patriots Lax Boosters club?
The purpose of the Boosters Club is a local non-profit group of dedicated parents and family members of Portsmouth High School boy’s lacrosse student athletes who recognize the need for support and funding of the lacrosse program. Our mission and purpose as a non-profit organization is exclusively for the support and development of the Portsmouth High School Boy’s Lacrosse team.
Who can join the boosters club?
Anyone can join the Patriots Boosters Club, all are welcome to support us and help out! Your level of commitment can come in the form of donating funds for support, donating your time by helping us with our activities and initiatives, or both.
How is the Boosters Club Funded?
The Boosters Club is funded through donations from individuals, businesses and through the club’s fundraising activities.
If I join, what I do I have to do?
Once you join us as a member (Member donation level and above), you can decide how much time and what level of involvement you’d like to provide. We hold meetings once a month and dates and times are posted to the club’s website on the Events page. We always welcome new ideas, your help and attendance at fundraisers, and involvement in the PHS lacrosse community. It is not a requirement of membership to participate in any way, although your ideas and thoughts are sure to make a difference.
Annual Booster Club Membership & Support:
Friend: $30
Member:$100
Silver Member: $500
Gold Member: $750
Platinum Member or Company Sponsorship: $1500 and above

Our mission:
The booster club will strive:
1) To stimulate and sustain an enthusiastic interest among parents, lacrosse players, the PHS student body, and member of the community in the PHS lacrosse program. 2) To lend all possible support, financial and nonfinancial, to the activities of the PHS lacrosse program. 3) To facilitate activities designed or conducted to promote the PHS lacrosse program. 4) To enlist the cooperation and support of all parents, alumni, friends and fans of Portsmouth High School students in carrying out our objectives. 5) To liaison and when appropriate support and assist with the Portsmouth High School Athletic Director, Lacrosse Team, Coaches and Portsmouth High School staff relative to the program.

Our board and club leaders are excited to be working on the Portsmouth High School lacrosse team’s behalf to bring more success and development to the boys lacrosse program. Working together, we can make this a fun and memorable experience for our players!
